Obituaries of Our Friends
Friends of the Library fondly remembers Carolyn Cline (11/17/41
- 1/28/24) for all her leadership and contributions to our group and the
Boone County Library. She and George were the leaders in the automation
project back in the late 1990s that converted the Boone County Library
from the card system to barcodes and put the card catalog online. She
spent so many hours to improve the library through various projects, and
we appreciate her devotion to the library!

FOL was sad to learn longtime FOL Secretary and Book Sleuth
Shirley Copeland passed away July 22, 2023.
